WHEW!!!  What a week!

I flew into DFW last Sunday night for an exciting week with the Trinity Christian Academy, near Addison.  WOW!  What a great school.  The students were more than gracious.  The teachers were so kind.  And the Administration is taking some progressive measures to continue making TCA one of the best schools in the country.  I was so impressed.

The fun part about traveling around the country is that I can offer a relationship that can last more than a week.  Most teacher/speakers have to come in, do their deal, and leave.  Most have no intention of developing long term relationships.  But the beauty of working with KIVU is…we can offer long term relationships so we can keep the discussions going.

So when I go speak to a school or a church, and offer two weeks in the mountains during the summertime, you can imagine how many folks line up to take me up on the offer.

TCA is no different.  I talked to several students who are looking forward to joining us for at least two weeks this summer.  I heard several stories from students who have already been out to our place, and have credited it as a re-focusing time in their life.

Overall, this week in Dallas was another confirmation that God has me right where He wants me.  i don't know what the future holds, but for now; developing short term relationships with teens around the country, in hopes they come and join us for a long term friendship at KIVU….God is good.

If I haven't been to your school or church yet, no worries.  Come on out.  Let's start our friendship on the front end, and see where God takes us.  I've hired some of the most intentional staff in history for summer 2010, and they're waiting to give you the opportunity of a lifetime, A super adventure in the mountains, and a friendship based on God's redeeming love.

Come join us.  Sign up today.  Share it with your friends.  And let's get ready for an incredible summer!!

  1. I heard only good things about your week at TCA. So glad all the kids got to experience Andy Braner!! We were unable to make it to the parent night, but I’m sure those who did were blessed. My daughter is looking forward to KIVU, this time without the flu 🙂
