Made it all the way across the pond.

001-18

So, we made it.

After a grueling 17 hours on an airplane, everyone who started the journey in Washington D.C. made it to Kigali.  Finally.  Everyone is tired, hungry, and ready to hit the ground running.

We had a surprisingly smooth trip.  All the students are acing normal, the planes were as comfortable as planes can be, and we are ready to roll.  This is going to be a GREAT group of kids.  I'm so excited to see what stories God has for us to experience, and what adventures He has for us to tell.

We covet your prayers.

We'll be in and out of internet service, So, I'll be sure to update the status as it is available.

To all the Moms and Dads…Everyone made it safe and sound.

God bless.

  1. As a grandmother of two boys on your team, I want you to know that I am glad the first part of your trip went well. We are praying for your team. May God hold you in the palm of His Hand and His plan unfold for each of you. Stand firm in His love, His grace and His mercy…let it flow from your heart to your hands to those you meet along this journey. In Jesus name we pray.

Let me know what you think
