YES!! Now finally an article I can believe in. Studies are showing that people who work out get sick less than those who are sedentary. AND…get this…If you're ill and your symptoms are above the neck, exercising can actually help with your sickness.
So this last few weeks I've been dealing with a little bronchitis, and I'm telling you; I feel better when I'm on the bike.
I know this has NOTHING to do with the Journey to knowing truth, but hey; we're all on this journey, and it is the season for sickness.
So get up off the couch, and go run a bit.
It will do the body good.
